💭 Have you ever been completely nude in public?
For me, it all started with the nude beach. It captured my heart. I felt so free. That breeze, all over! I then wanted to be naked in nature whenever was appropriate. I never knew how empowering it could be, as I used to be so worried of what others might think. Of course I never want to make another feel uncomfortable, but the fact that nudity is considered shameful did not sit right with me. If my tits are out on the trails, so is my smile! I've had some unpleasant encounters but it won't stop me. I want to show people that it is how we came into the world, and it should be more normalized. I can understand it's exciting to see a beautiful naked body - that being said it should not be overly sexualized. If you like it, well then take a glance and store it away in your memory bank. However, if you don't like it, look away and move on. Oh and the people who bring their kid into it, saying that it is detrimental for their chil.d to see a nude body.. Well isn't it more detrimental to label it bad in the first place? How will they ever respect a woman or man, when they can't even accept them in their true form?
TO BEING FREE! TO RETURNING TO OUR ROOTS! TO ACCEPTING ALL BODIES! THROW AWAY SHAME! LOVE YOURSELF!

These photos inspired this poem. It's way past midnight and I wrote this poem in less than ten minutes, which happens from time to time. It's amazing to me that the art I create with my body and the surreal world surrounding me, inspires the art I create with my words. How powerful visuals are, how they shape each and every sentence I write. I often close my eyes late at night, and then jolt forward to scribble it all down... I see words, but not in their form, not all plain and proper but in the mist that hangs just above still water, in the vibrant colors as the world turns silent, in the placement of footprints among the sand, being washed away, as a the current waves goodbye.. I see it all.. but not in cursive, or a typewritten note. The words they only exist, until you ask... why? The words, you see... they only exist, until they float back to their place in the sky.

It's that time of the year when it's been cold for too long, and I so badly yearn for the blue skies and warm sun on my skin.
Do you live in a place that's cold most of the year? Do you like it or are you more content in warmer weather?
💭 Do you remember your first kiss?
I can recall how nervous I was, until the second my lips met his, and our mouths embraced in a hug. A thousand butterflies unleashed themselves in my belly... It took a few moments for our tongues to sync with one another's... until they intertwined in perfect unison.. or so it felt. Then like a dance, they playfully followed a rhythm. And just like that, we were kissing. It so happens that it will never happen again, it's a first for a reason. Maybe it wasn't with someone so spectacular or special but I'll say, it sure was magical.
