Do you make your Pizza? I love Buddy's Detroit Style or the local place Jets Pizza has an ok substitute. If I want a thin crust I make it. I few minutes to make the Dough, I use a store Tomato sauce, I grate the cheese 3 to 4 types, Peperoni or Salami, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Black Olives, Sweet Corn, and Pineapple are todays toppings. The Stromboli does not have all the toppings.
Let me know what you favorite toppings are. Sweet Corn is not common in the US. Pineapple is something we "Discuss" whither it should be on a pizza. Most people look at me when I mention Sweet Corn. I have yet to find a pizza shop that even has Corn as an option.

There were questions about what a Detroit Style Pizza is. It is DELICIOUS!! lol Here is a vid of the one I brought home from Detroit when I was there. The important thing is it is made on a Focaaaia with seasoning in the bread. If you are a pizza fan and find yourself in Detroit, it is a must stop. They are all over the Detroit area. There is a pizza chain that sells a Detroit Style called Jet's Pizza it is a second best option, but not as good.
A side note, if you are ever in Chicago, take a day and sign up the Chicago Pizza Tour. You will get more food then you can handle, pace yourself. Various different types of pizza will be eaten. From Deep Dish to thin crust to different toppings and even dessert pizza's.

Are my pants to baggy? The sweater is fitting better. I have been losing weight since I am in a lot of pain. I had a buzz on when filming this. The Doctors have talked me out of shoulder surgery for a couple months. It maybe June before that happens. More physical therapy and a shot to help the shoulder.

Tuesday I meet with an orthopedic doctor about my shoulder. They will either set a surgery date, or send me back to the first Doctor that did the 1st step of the surgery. We are now doing step 2, replacing the shoulder. I hope no matter what the outcome is, the constant pain will be over soon.

The setup. Fingers crossed the rain stays away. What body of water do you think I am at? You can not see land. At night you can see the lights just over the horizon. I was hoping to film some naughty. There were 6 family members here already in a tent next to me. More showed up today and still more expected tomorrow.
