This is the before & after the resistance bands you bought me came into my life. My body goal was a simple as my Red Knight skin on Fortnite. I have never been so close to actually achieving it 😍 I do swear by their power 🏋🏻‍♀️🍑💋

The before I didn’t have much upper body strength either.. I was truly a tiny weak noodle 😂 but now, I am a different person & I feel happy 😊 Truly the best I have ever felt 💖💯🧸 Thank you very much for all of your support & helping me get a grip on everything. 💪🥹✨
