Today was pretty good 💪🔥🏋🏻♀️✨🍑 I am feeling strong working with weights again & did great with stretches 🙆🏻♀️ I just need to remain consistent with both 🧘🏻♀️ I lost muscle again to gain my flexibility back the balance between both has been tough 😵💫
I am also focused on upper abs 💯 I need to fix my tummy, no more sad belly button 🥲🧸 I really want to look better in my dance videos 💃🏻⏳
