I cannot wait to go back to my studies.
I was never really good at school and then one day I realized I'm not good in learning what THEY want me to learn.
So I started self study of psychology since late teens.
Later I wanted to dig deeper and I craved for more holistic approach to the question why we do the things we do the way we do.
This is how I tapped into neuroscience and neurobiology and more specifically into neuroplasticity.
Which very very very simply means "The ability of the brain to reshape on molecular level based on our actions or surrounding events (like an injury or a shock situation)"
Which I break down to the sentence "We can change our brain patterns and habits if we want to"
I'll soon share with you many tips and tricks how to manage and use your brain better, or basically how to make your brain work for your favour and not against it (like a thousand years old dilema head over heart).
Those tips and tricks will help you in everyday life.
