Added 2025-04-30 16:22:03 +0000 UTCI bet you’re wanting to see me make this chocolate raspberry cheesecake totally from scratch with homemade Oreo crust… Or maybe not 🥲🍫🍓 LOL that’s what I was doing Monday night in my barely there apron 😉 All I know is that it was delicious! The pics of me holding it are pre-frosting, I whipped up a homemade raspberry ganache frosting to put on top 💕 I think it was a huge success for my first cheesecake! SOMEHOW I forgot to beautifully douse the top with raspberries and powdered sugar, probably because I was too excited to dig in lol. Who knew I could twerk and crack eggs at the same time?!
