

I bought some smart scales as suggest by one of you lovely people to get better informed so hopefully get even more fat on me. Love the information it gives don’t love the fact they say I’m 10lbs lighter than I thought I was 🤦🏻♂️ apparently a base metabolic rate of 2047kcal but will be interesting to see if that changes when I’ve not been sat on my ass eating for 2 days 🤔
