Added 2024-12-08 11:15:58 +0000 UTCI’m at 286lbs and not as fat as I wanted to be by now, I was hoping to hit 300 by Christmas… there’s still time but I think given my bodies response I need to up my intake and I’ll be happy if I can reach a stable 290 in the next few weeks. More will ofcourse be better.
