Very, very difficult considering the exhaustion of peak week, but very rewarding! Beautifully shot with excellent lighting, nice makeup, skin is oil saturated and glistening! 30 min of NONSTOP pumping up with dumbbells, barbells and bands, flexing, going topless, pumping up and flexing!
