Added 2021-09-14 13:00:55 +0000 UTC☀️ Something special about my weight gain ; Back when I thought I HAD to be skinny in order to receive any type of acceptance I would skip dinner to wake up feeling skinny and not bloated. I only felt successful when I woke up starving with a flat stomach to accompany it. I even would wear big baggy pants and shirts to sleep no matter how hot it was so any partner sleeping with me wouldn’t “see if I failed” or in other words see my bloated tummy. Now, it’s the opposite. I now thrive on the feeling of waking up still full from the day prior. I love the feeling of my gut being massive and round when I first open up my eyes. I used to be afraid to even touch my belly but now I can’t keep my hands off myself!! I now sleep naked or MAYBE with a shirt on and let my fat body bask on the bed for anyone to see. And this stuffed feeling in the morning? It doesn’t stop me from hightailing it to breakfast whenever Im able to roll out of bed. Truly nothing but a good change 😈
