🌼JUNE 1st🌼 This past week was an absolute blur. We had a ton of rainy weather, which somehow made it feel extra fast and super slow at the same time. I managed to squeeze in some fun though! Always a good thing. This month’s goal: Survive? I’m only joking. It’s not even like my school is that bad and I have a ton of things to look forward to! I’m just feeling a little run down today .... I’m also trying to setting boundaries for school and personal life. My 2 goals: be better about saying no and giving my body rest when I need it most.

The 2nd batch basil is going strong! They are like the motivation for me to wake up these days. I just adore the energy of life! 🌿 After checking on the basil, I go on to make my coffee, start getting ready for the day, check the weather etc. Mornings’ busy for me🏃🏻♀️!!! Though I’m still not a morning person, these little things encourage me to start the day in the nicest way possible ☀️ Recently, when I have extra time I try to stretch or do some yoga flow. It’s like all the little stresses are removed from my headspace when I move. I’m rediscovering the way movement feeds my soul feels like a warm hug. And I love giving myself a gentle hug 💕
