The trip I'm going on tomorrow is a very significant retreat, focusing on balance, it's my first retreat I've ever been on, I honestly haven't even hyped it up in my head or heart because it just feels so right and like what I need in this moment of my life. It's very out of my element, going to a place I've never been with people I've never met and really opening up that vulnerability in me. if you feel called to support me in this journey, this covers mostly my flights, I will be happy to accept and send you spoils back for the weekend (after I get back of course so I can stay fully immersed in the moment I'm in) the more spoils you send = the more spoils I send x

I've been getting more used to being a little uncomfortable in good radical ways. For instance. Hiking in the rainfall yesterday, sure I got soaking wet to the bones. And maybe there were moments of discomfort. But I brought a dry change of clothes for the drive home and all was well, the rain was actually very cleansing, and allowed me to just breathe, and let the stress of the month wash away. I loved it. I woke up wide awake at 3am with clear downloads about the direction of this chapter of my life, and about staying open and feel like I'm healing a lot of things i never truly touched on in past episodes of healing, which is also something water does.
