☺️Good afternoon students! I know I talked about water earlier. But here are some tips to keep in mind both for those who know the subject and for those new to it.
✅️It is preferable to take sips and not full glasses of water. Since our body will be able to hydrate itself better, and make use of these amounts of water that we ingest. Otherwise, when we drink a lot of water, our body takes a single portion of it and discards the rest as excess.
✅️ Continuing with the same mechanics. We will create a better interpretation of "thirst" and "hydration". Doing it which would yield in our body.
✅️ It is preferable not to drink so much water when we eat. Since it hinders part of the digestive process, diluting the concentrated gastric juice for the degradation of ingested food. If you are a drinker, I recommend that you only serve half a glass. And take sips during the meal. Or if you have good control, when you finish eating, wait a few minutes, and take a few sips as needed.
