Hey babe! :) Season 1 Episode 3 of my podcast is up and available for your listening pleasure! Check it out because- as per usual- it is a good AND a useful episode to hear! Also, shorter and sweeter than most podcasts out there. ;)
Wishing you a Happy New Year with a little compilation of my NYE! ππ I feel happy and blessed with the way I spent it and I know your support was a major part of it, which makes you beyond sweet. 2024 was a warmup that went very well; time for that next level in 2025 that we are going to enjoy together! β€οΈ
December 27th action on GRRR. Famous enough company, famous enough small cap stock, yet look at this babe! Usually, I love sharing charts that blow expectations out of the water. This time, I want to share the type of chart you love to hate! And if you ever got into learning how to trade, you may have seen this infuriating abomination before.
Let us say for simplicity that you are a long bias trader- no shorting. The stock pops up on your screener, the first candlestick exhibits a home run type of start and you are off to the races- or so you thought! Next thing you know, this thing collapses onto itself like a neutron star, all the way down to the open of the day or so, and then the stupid ass stock takes all day to get you to about a break even or so... It is price action like this that still keeps me studying instead of applying what I have learned so far! If I had to watch myself barely break even instead of getting an easy 8-12 percent out of this, I would be squeezing my nipples in anger and then regret is 3 seconds later as soon as I realize I would rather squeeze your nipples instead ahha! :P
If you ask me, a teachable moment from this one is to not trust a strong opening candlestick on the 5 minute chart if it busts through Camarilla R4 this early in the game...
Anywho, now you see that the glasses I wear are not just a prop :P
Merry Christmas, wishing you a sweet, amazing, peaceful and blessed time. A day to rest, a day to enjoy, a day to reflect and a day to think about all the goals you can finesse until the same time next year! β€οΈπππ
This Sunday, Nina was still-ummm- low key recovering last Sunday (we unexpectedly went one more round after and it took me way longer than her virgin behind could handle π π₯΅), so tonight I had to tell her that if she's not ready to give it up again in new and exciting positions, I need her mouth and throat as tribute! π I thought she wouldn't like my assertive tone, but her candy cane got a little swollen because of it! π Excellent. Now, which way do I point her while she's going down on me? Hmmm, well, I picked the mirror because you could easily see her booty so both you and me get turned on while I turn her throat into a tight wet pussy that melts my hard swollen candy cane in the best way possible. π¦π¦ Enjoy it as much as I did (plus a little more π).
Before you watch this clip, please remember- Nina asked for it! π Ask and receive ππ€€ She told me she always asks a date to go vanilla on her vanilla if you know what I mean. This time, she wanted to feel what it's like when she's not the one setting the rules! π₯΅ Babe, between you and me, I've been waiting forever for her to voice her desire. She did not disappoint either; vanilla level tight, vanilla level responsive... Made me fill that condom up all the way! π¦ You get to enjoy the season finale, the fast forward to the part you really wanna jerk off to. Make a mess all over yourself the way I did all up in there! π
Well, as it turns out, I just couldn't help myself. I put my pj bottoms back on and I was like "stop being lazy and get your sweet ass out of bed". But, my candy cane had a mind of its own. Usually I tell it what to do. This time, it told me what it wants and my hands followed... Glad I listened! π π₯΅
- Rivian faces significant financial issues, losing tens of thousands of dollars on every car sold due to high production costs.
- In Q3 2024, Rivian reported a gross loss of $39,000 per vehicle, worsening from Q2.
- The company has burned through nearly $6 billion in negative free cash flow in 2023, with its cash reserves depleting rapidly despite a recent $1.3 billion infusion from Volkswagen.
2. Volkswagen's Challenges:
- Volkswagen is profitable but struggles with its transition to electric vehicles (EVs).
- Its EV software is glitchy and unreliable, leading to customer complaints and shrinking market share.
3. Joint Venture Details:
- In June 2024, Volkswagen agreed to invest up to $5.8 billion in Rivian over four years.
- The deal provides Volkswagen with immediate access to Rivian's advanced software and electrical architecture, considered industry-leading.
4. Investment Conditions:
- Investments are tied to milestones: Volkswagen will only release further funds if Rivian achieves two quarters of positive gross profit.
- Rivian has yet to fulfill these conditions, casting doubt on future funding.
5. Rivian's Optimistic Projections:
- Rivian claims its second-generation vehicles have 20% lower material costs, aiming for positive gross margins by Q4 2024.
- Analysts remain skeptical as production improvements have not reduced losses.
6. Financial Outlook:
- Rivianβs current cash reserves, including Volkswagen's payments, could last until mid-2026 without profitability.
- If it fails to achieve gross profit milestones, it risks bankruptcy, making further investments unlikely.
7. Volkswagen's Strategic Benefits:
- Even if Rivian goes bankrupt, Volkswagen retains licenses for its software and architecture, which it plans to use in future EV models.
- Volkswagen's Scout brand vehicles, debuting in 2028, will leverage Rivianβs technology and compete at lower price points, potentially undermining Rivian further.
8. Market Competition:
- Rivianβs cars face insufficient demand, with high starting prices ($70,000+).
- Volkswagen's cheaper Scout models could exacerbate Rivian's sales struggles if the company survives until 2028.
9. Outlook for Both Companies:
- The partnership addresses critical needs for both companiesβcapital for Rivian and software for Volkswagenβbut neitherβs long-term success is guaranteed.
- Rivianβs viability hinges on achieving profitability soon, while Volkswagen must refine its EV strategy to stay competitive.
10. Conclusion:
- Rivianβs financial trajectory appears dire, with high cash burn and no credible path to profitability.
- Volkswagen may emerge stronger with Rivianβs technology, but Rivianβs future as a going concern remains highly uncertain.
